Valley Boarding Kennel

I have been going to Valley Boarding kennel for years. They are one of the best kennels in the area. They also provide grooming. Now that my daughter is older, and has health issues, he still has going there, and they are very careful to make sure he doesn’t over extend himself. I like the staff, the foods they sell, and think the price is competitive.

We have boarded our little furry friend Simba twice at Valley Boarding. He did very well both times. The staff was great when I called to check on Simba. He was back to his normal routine when we picked him up. We will definitely board Simba at Valley Boarding again.

I love Valley Boarding Kennel. I had tried other doggie daycares but my pup was always terrified. VBK clearly hires true dog lovers because now my boy is so excited to go to camp. Everyone knows him by name there and I feel so confident when I drop him off, its like greeting family every time I walk through the door.

I used VBK for years without incident. This summer I booked online my 3 dogs to be dropped off at 4pm, which the system accepted and I received confirmation for. I’ll note that I booked months in advance. At 3 pm on the day I was to drop my dogs off I got a call that I needed to drop my dogs off by 3:30, since the kennel closes at 4. I explained I live 30 minutes away and couldn’t get there till 3:45 but didn’t understand why the website let me select 4 pm if that was late. The woman said she didn’t know but that if I showed up at 4 (my CONFIRMED drop off time) I’d be charged a late fee. I said I absolutely would not agree to that. The staff here is fantastic and my dogs love coming here. They take great care of my animals and are very accommodating whenever my pets have to be boarded with them. They also have a camera service available so you can check out how your dogs are doing throughout the day. My dogs are picky eaters and follow a very specific meal plan; the staff was able to follow those instructions and take care of my dogs. The groomers are also excellent and have always made my pups look great. They also have social media profiles showcasing the dogs and how much fun they are all having. And they host birthday parties for the puppies! Sure, the place is smaller than Camp Bow Wow but the quality of care and services is on par with any other facility.
