Smoky Mountain Animal Care Foundation

SMACF is a great fundraising organization that makes all kinds of things possible at the Blount County Animal Center such as a wonderful full-time veterinarian. In speaking with them it is obvious they take their role of helping animals seriously. Highly recommended and should be a role model for all animal shelters.

Smoky Mountain Animal Care Foundation is an amazing fund raising organization that supports Blount County Animal Center. They provide funding enabling BCAC to provide vet care, safety and adoption counseling for thousands of animals annually. Blount County is very fortunate to have an organization of this caliber to support our shelter.

Smoky Mountain Animal Care Foundation is a non-profit whose mission is to provide funding to the Blount County Animal Center for medical care over and above that which most municipal shelters are able to provide. SMACF also provides funding for the northern trransport program which has enabled this southern municiple shelter to rehome all healthy and behaviorally sound animals that come in its doors.

SMACF, dedicated to the Blount County Animal Center, provides the funding that enables the shelter to provide high quality veterinary care for the stray and surrendered animals of Blount County. SMACF also funds the shelter's rescue transport program which helps maintain an adoption rate greater than 90% for cats and dogs. Wonderful organization!!!

SMACF is a great support system for Blount County Animal Center. SMACF makes so many great things possible and has aided in helping numerous animals from all over Blount County. SMACF lives in the hearts of every individual who has attended and event, volunteered, donated or adopted an animal from BCAC.
