I didn't have an appointment, and that was not a problem. Such a friendly and courteous staff of ladies. It was amazing. I highly recommend. And I will be back!!

I can’t say enough great things about Knot So Knotty! They came right to my house in their grooming van, and the whole setup was so clean, professional, and convenient. No stress, no mess — just an easy, smooth experience from start to finish. They were so gentle and patient with my dog Sceeder, and you can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they groom. When they brought him back out, I was so impressed — his coat looked incredible, soft, shiny, and perfectly trimmed. Even better, Sceeder looked so happy and proud of himself!

Please do not take your dog here if you care about proper handling and low-stress grooming. The staff showed clear discomfort around dogs and provided no reassurance during the appointment. My dog was restrained extremely tightly and appeared to be hanging by the neck at one point, which was very concerning to witness. During the service, my dog’s leg was pulled backward without any warning or gentle handling. This immediately made me uncomfortable, as proper handling and communication are essential when working with animals. My dog did not act aggressively, but I chose to end the appointment early because the handling did not feel safe or appropriate. Rough handling only escalates stress and increases the risk of injury to both dogs and groomers. I do not feel comfortable returning or

Awesome grooming facility! Was greeted when we walked in. We discussed what would be best for our golden retriever and moved forward with it. We came back to pick her up and saw a beautifully groomed dog. She actually walked like she knew she was pampered and that she looked so good! As for us, the shedding has drastically decreased and she feels so smooth and looks so clean! Thanks to our groomer Charlie and the awesome owner Erica! Will definitely recommend and continue to support this great small business groomer. 👍🏻
