Big Springs Veterinary Hospital

Our dog really only likes the 4 people in our house so we had trouble finding a vet to care for him. Big springs took him in with no question and they have been our vet til this day. Zues and coco love them ❤️

My review for Big Springs is many types of educating, awareness, truth with no intentions of anger, hate or discrediting. It is only my knowledge and experience. I will not embellish, manipulate or be diminishing in any way or manner. My iPhone 16 pro has a new feature. I am able to record my phone conversations. I won’t post the recording. It is a new tool I am happily to use just for what I was told. Mellisa told me that they would have to do a test to see if my Brutus has a UTI when I already know that it is and I am not paying for money on a test that they will tell me he has a UTI. He urine is an orange color, he is miserable and the best test in my experience and my honor to have taken care of a total of 25 K-9s Brutus is family member 22 The past 40 years of my life was family membe

I LOVE Dr. Talley and all of the staff at Big Springs Veterinary Hospital. They are so loving and caring. They treat your fur baby just like they were their own. They explain everything and make certain that your pet receives the best care possible. Dr. Talley even called me several times to update me on my dog when she had surgery and had to stay overnight. They are the absolute BEST! I highly recommend them! In the age of chains and corporate vet locations, these are veterinarians who go above and beyond with love and care. If you live in the Maryville area, check them out! Dr. Talley and all the staff are wonderful! ❤️

My dog has gone to Big Springs Veterinary Hospital for around 5 years. I've always had a good experience with the staff and the services they provide. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, I had to make the decision to put my old dog down. The staff was extremely accommodating, and they made a bad situation as easy as possible. I was able to spend a few more minutes alone with him, fed him chocolate, and they gave him a plate of whipped cream to lick while he went to sleep. Afterwards, they wrapped him up, rolled him out to the truck, and I brought him home to bury. It was very professional and respectful. I'll continue to bring my dogs to Big Springs Vet.

Awesome place, everyone is super friendly. Dr Whitman caught that my newly adopted cat had a heart murmur. Got me into UT the next week and got Pickles diagnosed! I’ve already recommended the place to a few people.
