Smokey Mountain Grooming

So incredibly thankful we found them! They did a fantastic job on my Bailey boy — I honestly had tears in my eyes when I picked him up. This past year has been really hard on our family. Bailey was used to being groomed every other month, but due to some difficult circumstances it had been several months since his last grooming. We tried another groomer in Sevierville, but they said they couldn’t complete his groom because of anxiety and wanted to split it into multiple sessions. Even after a third appointment, they sent him home with his body trimmed but his head and legs untouched something we’ve never experienced before. This was the first time that we were taking our puppies to these groomers.. we had been using a flea & tick collar for them but we live in the mountains & sometimes when it gets time to switch them... a few can show up, so we had requested flea baths for BOTH dogs..even though they were extra costs... while they were there we took our three cats out of the house for the day and completely treated our ENTIRE HOUSE & then left for the day... upon picking up our little babies from the groomers, they told us they HAD treated them! telling in great detail how carefully they trimmed them... when, in reality, we got them home we saw my little angel, instead of being cut.. like she is in the pictures...they just completely 🪒 shaved 😭my baby AND since she was shaved we could see THAT she was JUST C

They always do a wonderful job for us! We were lucky to even get a last minute appointment this go around and we're treated with some awesome Christmas photos of our dogs!

Just called today last minute hoping to snag a cancellation. They worked with me to fit us in even though I didn’t have an appointment. These individuals are absolutely wonderful. You can immediately tell that they love their profession as soon as you walk in the door. My Yorkie Gizmo is still a puppy and can be very nervous and dramatic, but they were so kind and patient with him that he never made a peep. I cannot recommend these groomers enough to others, because I’m thankful that they were recommended to me.

We needed to get our yorkie-poo groomed and didn’t have many days before vacation. The professionals at Smoky Mountain Grooming worked with us to secure an appointment and did the best job EVER on her. Hands down, the best experience for her and for us in the area.
