Dog Dynasty

Been going here for years Never had a issue the owners have even been so nice to help me and my wife when we was late to pick them up. Our dogs love this place and won't take them anywhere else because my dogs specifically ask to go there. Plus for the prices She offers folks why would you want to go anywhere else. Theses ladies are the Real deal good hometown people.

They're always good to my pups. As far as I know. Dice alway seem to be excited.

We only take our dogs to dog dynasty, Shelly is not just a great groomer but a kind ,caring and loving dog person. Shelly has rescued dogs in horrible shape and taken them to the veterinarian. Shelly has taken very old dogs that people no longer wanted and retired them in her own home. Shelly has groomed dogs in desperate need of a shave down that had super matted hair at a reduced price just so the poor dog could live better. I have seen her and Ron help poor dogs that no one cared for at all. They have big hearts and always help when they can. Thank you for all that you do God bless you and your business 🙏

Dog Dynasty is located on old 411 Highway in West Newport just past the dollar store on the left. The employees are extra friendly, helpful, and great at their jobs. They gave my Miniature Schnauzer the most immaculate grooming she has ever had in her 7 years. She was perfectly comfortable with them and they played with her afterward. They were extremely careful and attentive to her as if she was a human baby. She was groomed, bathed, toenails clipped and filed, and came out with a bandana. This is the first groomer who has ever trimmed her eyebrows correctly. I am overwhelmed with gratitude and respect for all their employees. The cost is minimal, very inexpensive, and based on size of your fur baby. Very happy with them and we'll go nowhere else from now on. Five stars.

Worst Experience ever, will not be back. Had an appointment for 10:30 this morning and they told me they’d call me when she was done. I Hung out in Newport for 2 hours before I drove 40 minutes home. I called them at 3:30pm because I hadn’t heard anything from them and was starting to get worried. They told me she wasn’t even ready and they’d call me when she’s done even tho they close at 4. I didn’t get her back until 4:10 and when I was there at 3:50 it looked like they just started her and when I asked why they wanted her at 10:30 than the man’s response was we take all the dogs at 10:30 and than do the easiest ones first. Hazel was the last one there beside an older lady who walked in to get her dogs nails trimmed. Hazel wasn’t fighting them or anything but looked petrified. I WILL NOT
