Critter Connection

We were on vacation and looking for reptile stores. We ended up coming here since there weren't a lot near us. The lady we talked to was very nice. They had some really cool snakes and lizards for sure, but the tanks they were in were pretty sad. We ended up buying a bearded dragon cause he was so gorgeous but also cause his cage was awful. Some of the snakes didn't have heat bulbs either. The snake my mom bought freezing cold. There was also a super skinny leopard gecko in a vertical? Overall 4.5 put of ten. I can tell the lady enjoys what she does, and even gave us a discount on the beardie. I just recommend becoming more informed on reptiles and what they need, they deserved better.

The service is awesome yes... but the snakes need more attention and the cages need to be deep cleaned once amonth at least it did smell but that comes with so many animals but it can be better honestly i will give 5 star's if the cages and tanks are more well maintained but it was great service polite woman healthy animals everywhere that's awesome but the snakes need water bowls

Rude and extremely unprofessional, entering the store interrupted a conversation and she clearly just wanted to get back to it, she didn’t pay attention to anything I said and then charged me for something I said I didn’t want. The smell was awful, many reptiles didn’t have any heating or lighting, none of the enclosures were well maintained. Please don’t support a pet store like this, they don’t need to be in business.

I wish I had something positive to say about this small local shop, unfortunately my experience was not it. My partner and I are big into the fish keeping hobby, we love animals in general, we went in to browse since we saw it on google. As soon as you walk inside it smells horrible (I get it they do have ferrets, mice, ect. It’s a lot for very few people to deal with), but when looking we noticed that a lot of the habits were very poorly kept and it seemed overall they lacked proper care. I love people who have a passion for fish, reptiles, rodents, ect. however I fully believe if you’re going to have them even if it’s just to sell them you need to properly care for them!

I'm here about every week, love the animals and the service there. I have from there, 2 baby rats, a mouse, 2 whole aquarium's of beautiful and exotic fix. My go to store for all my pretty needs
