Dr Kaplan and Dr Bergendorff are kind and thorough with my dogs and honest and patient with all my questions. They are affectionate with my dogs and their prices are very fair. The front desk staff is so friendly and welcoming. Patricia has been there for 20 years and makes us feel like family.

There are not enough wonderful things i can say about the doctors and staff at the Smithtown Animal Hospital. We have been taking our dogs there for several years and have been referring people there for just as long. Dr. Kaplan and Dr. Bergendorff are fantastic, we love them. They are wonderful doctors and people who care about their clients and all their pets. The staff is equally amazing, which always makes for a great visit. Their office is efficient, well run, and welcoming. The team as a whole is compassionate and kind, so even the difficult visits are a little easier knowing that you have the support of such a great team. We love them, our little pack of fun babies love them, and we will never trust our pets with anyone else.
