Valerie an employee is not a nice person and is quite demeaning. She spoke to me as if I were not smart, but in reality, I hold three degrees, including a doctorate. I am also a disabled United States Navy Lieutenant veteran and a business owner. She told me that training a service dog is not an easy task. I had to catch myself from laughing, as I have been mobilized, faced threats, or lived as a woman of color in America. Being the only person of color in the training. I left training early with Cooper because I felt it would not be fair to him; I was immediately tasked with developing three university courses. I cried a lot, but of course, Valerie didn’t care. I was told I could come back, but Cooper would not be available; I dismissed it with a nonchalant, "Oh, really, I did not know

Im a purple heart veteran and registered nurse and americas vetdogs denied me a service dog. They ironically claim to help veterans and first responders. Im just confused on who they're actually helping. I completed several phases, got a ton of paperwork filled out by my doctor, my psychiatrist, my supervisor, my wife, human resources, spent hours video taping my entire life, interviewed a couple ppl, and waited months for them to tell me they were unable to match me with a service dog. Unbelievable

I'm a veteran who graduated from the vet dog program. The ENTIRE staff is amazing. I feel like the dog they trained and gave me is the best of the best. They paid for me to fly from CO, placed me in a great facility to live, trained me to be a handler, and fed me for two full weeks. I didn't pay a dime. This place has changed my life and I would do this 100x again if asked. There are some rules here. This is a dry campus. Any vet should have zero issues with this place after all of the institution and structure they've already been through. One more thing I really appreciated about this place is all of the community and connections I made. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, all of you.

I never imagined animals so smart. The staff, school, and course is outstanding. Thank you for Ken and changing my life. Semper Fidelis, OohRah!

Trainers are absolutely entitled and lack respect for the public. I write this after multiple occurrences of not just with my dog and others, but with different trainers. They have proactively upset my dog to make noise by teasing him to “train” their dogs. They do this while I’ve stepped away for a few minutes. And laugh about it when my dog starts getting bigger reactions to getting teased as they walk back and forth in front of him. I’ve had to train my dog to behave when I’m not around so I can bring him with me to places. For them to upset my dog and other dogs, undo our training just so they can train theirs is the most reprehensible behavior. This is not just training in public, which is perfectly fine. This is purposefully acting like entitled jerks. It’s disgusting behavior. Someo
