Very over priced and the ceiling was leaking everywhere. There was one person that was really nice and very knowledgeable about fish and reptiles. Went in there recently and he no longer works there. Now that place is falling apart.

Very happy with my 2 new dumbo boys :) meet Waylon J and Allen J lol 😆 (named after a few famous country stars )🤩🤩 I got 2 males for my current very lonely male rat.. 🐀, after his cage mate died. So far the introduction went well, and I plan to put them together within a week or so. Very gentle little boys, very sweet, and seem to have been hand fed? As they take treats very nicely and it's only been day 1 of me having these little guys. :) drove about a hour & a half, but totally worth it. Now my beef 🍖 has 2 friends and I could not be happier.

Very friendly place! Good service from the employee and he listens carefully to me on what I need or want and helps me look every single time and my dog loves to go in a pick out her own bone herself ! The only thing I wish they would change is the hours to make it that they open around 10 or 11 instead of 12 .

Was very disappointed by the condition of the fish tanks and the professionalism of the person working when we were there. The tanks looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Dead fish were in the tanks for weeks in the same tanks. I went 3 different times and couldn't get help and the same dead fish were in the tanks over the course of a month too two months. We got 4 pea puffers and within a week all 4 were dead. Had the water tested by PetSmart and peramaters were perfect. Asked about what they were eating and was told that the lady wasn't allowed to feed the fish so she didn't know anything about them. When small town was in Lakewood the owners were always there or had people who actually knew what they were doing and helpful. I will not return unless service gets better.

I previously left a bad review (which at the time was justified) but I have been going back recently and have been seeing the effort being put back into the place and animals in it. I rarely have seen any sick fish or other animals the last few times going in (there was a fish here and there but he did have them separated and not for sale). today I was actually able to chat with the owner. The owner was a very kind man that seemed to be very passionate about what he does and truly values all of the animals there. He also explained that the place went a little downhill because of bad staffing but I felt he was genuinely upset because of that and wants to renew it.
