Saying goodbye to a pet is never easy. I had Lacey for almost 15 years, and she was the best girl in the whole world. She had cancer, went through a few surgeries, had heart problems, arthritis, all the old lady stuff. And when her time came, her normal vet would not see her due to scheduling. I am from New York, and when I say that I reached out to every vet clinic within a reasonable drive, (she was not going to make a really long drive), and no one could get us in for end of life care, I’m not exaggerating. I finally found the number for Kinzua Vet. I was tired and losing hope for my girl after being turned down so many times, and I truly believe a real life angel answered the phone for me. They care about your pets more than they do the money. They really do so much more for the animals than people see. They're all such amazing people. Not to mention, for people that think it's expensive there, it's not. Living in Pittsburgh for 20 years, I can tell you it's a drastic difference. Kinzua have priced their services at a bare minimum, and everyone should be so grateful for that. I know I am.

The staff are always friendly and a pleasure to work with. Blayne has been our vet for over a decade and we will be with her until she retires (which hopefully isn’t for a VERY long time).

Top notch!!! They were able to squeeze us in without being clients....Adam was very kind, compassionate and explained everything to us...Amy was amazing at getting us in and incredibly kind...you guys are amazing....can't thank you enough

They're always very thorough and friendly. Over the years, we've had a couple of emergencies, and they've accommodated us very well even though they are so busy. We're appreciative 🙏
