I am so grateful that I found this clinic! It’s easy to find, the street had plenty of parking and the lobby was immaculately clean. The receptionist greeted us at once and confirmed that we were there to see the vet. I don’t think we waited five minutes before we were brought to a room. We discussed what tests and shots were needed and discussed some treatments. Their pricing, plans and suggestions for support were all discussed with the utmost transparency. I felt from the moment we entered that we had found the best possible doctor for my fur baby, Bella.

I’ve been to Small Door Gramercy many times, and every visit has been exceptional. The staff is consistently warm and welcoming, and the vets always take the time to explain things clearly and treat my dogs with genuine care. A special shout-out to Megan at the front desk, who is always so friendly, helpful, and patient! She truly makes each visit smoother and less stressful. Also, Dr.’s Jaime and Eliza for always taking such great care of my boys! The clinic is calm, clean, and well-run, and I always leave feeling confident that my dogs are in great hands. Highly recommend!

A wonderful experience. My Arabian Mau rescue cat, who has previously been exceptionally anxious and non-cooperative with other vets, was handled with the utmost care and comparative ease by the team at Small door. While still clearly scared, she did not try to escape or wiggle free during the wellness examination, which is a night and day difference from previous vet experiences and handling at airports (she had even previously successed in escaping into an xray machine at Abu Dhabi airport while being inspected by security and previous vets were unable to handle her in the past).
