Small Door Veterinary - Brookline

Our pup has been going to Small Door Vet since we got him almost one year ago. From providing important education about puppy development and best practices, to organizing safe puppy play sessions (only puppies with known health and vaccination status were allowed) in the clinic during after hours, to being there for us whenever we need a same day appointment- the Small Door team has been absolutely incredible. Dr. Beth Waisburd has been caring for our boy for almost a year. She is truly an incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate vet. I feel completely confident in her care and wish she could be my doctor too! Small Door- Brookline is a great vet to your fur babies. Willow been at small door for about a year and the care they give is the greatest I’ve seen. Today Willow had surgery and they updated me through out the day as well reached out to check in on how Willow was doing. 10/10 recommend Small Door-Brookline to be your fur babies vet!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Small Door Vet. From the moment we walked in, we were met with such high-quality care and compassion that truly went above and beyond our expectations. The entire team is so helpful and genuinely kind. Jasper greeted us right away and was incredibly warm and welcoming, setting such a positive tone for the visit. Dr. Mathews was wonderful and was so calm and gentle with my fur baby. You can tell they really care about the animals! We also had a lot of questions about travel requirements, and Julia, the office manager, was amazing!! I have never written a review before, but after today’s amazing experience, I absolutely had to!! After 7 years of trying to find the right vet for Calvin, we finally found the perfect clinic—and I only wish I had brought him here sooner. Calvin is extremely nervous at the vet, but Dr. Waisburd and Olivia were so patient, gentle, and sweet with him that the whole visit felt completely different from anything we’ve experienced before. He was definitely anxious when we arrived, but you could see the shift the moment he realized he was in a safe space. It just goes to show how much our pets pick up on energy and attitude! My dog loves going to Small Door for his Veterinary care. Everyone is so welcoming and attentive at the Brookline location. They are very accommodating to both me and my dog. And, the veterinary care is exemplary!
