Vera is an incredible dog obedience trainer! We’ve worked with her and our energetic Samoyed for more than a year now, both one on one and in group classes, and Vera’s wisdom about how dogs understand the world, what they need to be helped with, and how to reinforce the best possible behavior your dog is fantastic. Vera helped us get our dog AKC Canine Good Citizen certified, and we also got the advanced trick dog certificate as well. I have seen Vera work with all sizes of dogs, from super tiny to big, and she’s got a great commanding presence with them. Always considerate, but very capable of letting dogs know that the people are the boss, because that’s what ultimately keeps them safe. First time here. It’s really nice,service is great, and they took Miss Piggy right in as a walk in. Will definitely be back for a full groom. Nails clipped in and out! Also, my pup loves their Bully Sticks.

Highly subjective, but in my opinion the best groomer in the area. We've been to lots of groomers around and No Bones About It consistently does the best job. And the staff are awesome. The only 'con' is that because they are awesome, they're often booked up 2 months out. They schedule out like a dentist's office now with like an appointment for you after your visit so it's not an issue for us. Pic of our 9 year old dog for reference.

I went to this place because it was highly recommended by a trainer I was using for my terrier/corgi mix. She is a rescue and a fearful dog. I explained this to the owner, Karen, and she said she would be OK. I medicated her with pills from the vet, and they were able to groom her, and did a great job. I was advised to have regular grooming and I brought her to the day care several times to get her used to staff and other dogs. I then attempted to book another appointment for grooming and had to wait a month. I was told by Karen to bring her without medicating her, as she would probably do OK. I bring her in and pick her up hours later as instructed. They tell me that they bathed her and did her nails, but did not groom her, as she was "too difficult ". I was then told to call the ne

We have been bringing our dog here for a couple years. He always looks great when we pick him. They make sure to ask how we want him cut just to be sure even though they keep notes for the groomer. It seems to be a great environment for the dogs to socialize as well. Our dog is never excited to be dropped off but they say he always ends up being fine which is a big concern of ours. We feel comfortable leaving him here and that is extremely important to us.
