Sit Stay Newtown

Struggled to find a place to board my 2 dogs for 2 weeks together. One of them is sort of a handful. The owner worked out a method to keep my pups stress free and safe. The kennel is a farm style place with outdoor runs and a cooled indoor space. App is easy to use for scheduling. Highly recommend.

I had to have my Dog Nahla boarded for the 1st time due to a family emergency. I brought her to Sit.Stay. After being highly recommended by many friends and acquaintances. I was greeted by Diana and another gentleman that made me feel so comfortable to leave her and I was updated the whole time via text and photos! I also previously spoke to Heather & Alyssa who were also amazing and assured me that they would take great care of my baby girl! The staff at Sit.Stay truly love the Animals that come there and I could see it from the moment We arrived!! I now have a Daycare for my pup to go to during the week to release some energy knowing that they really spend time with the animals and get to know each and every one. Boarded both of my dogs here, first time was a good experience. Second time not so good! My 1yr old golden retriever came home with a hot spot, I know they are common in Goldens and can be stressed related but also can be from mites/bug bites or dirty areas, makes me wonder especially when they don’t even let you see where they stay? I do feel there was neglect on their part, how does not one worker notice it ? when I saw it right away in car on way home .This could of been addressed and cleaned out, instead I had to take him immediately to vet and walked out with antibiotics, steroids and spray ! Needless to say $160 later !

Situated on a beautiful family farm between historic Newtown Borough and Washington Crossing, Sit Stay offers a comforting, home-like atmosphere that's perfect for pets. I drive over 30 minutes to take my pup here for overnight stays because they are simply the best! They take care of my not-so-easy to manage pup like she is their own. I can go away knowing she's in great hands and not worry about her while I'm on vacation. They're affordable as well! I highly recommend Sit Stay.
