Every time I go in I always find what I need. There’s a groomer and a vet inside too which makes it convenient. The staff are really nice and I’ve never had a problem there.

Happy to find a cat groomer. Closer stores no longer offer cat service. My cat cat was crated so I didn't get to preview the shave on pickup. He was a bit uneven at the face, in my opinion, but he was free of the long-haired matting problem in the body area. Overall, it was an okay experience 👌.

pretty unhelpful and they lack quite a few items.This store should actually be reviewed by PetSmart HQ. The real estate investor who owns this place should also dig in a bit, because I can't imagine them surviving past their lease with their poor service, limited offerings and dirty space. I had to make a trip to the local, 'Dogs & Cats' shop after to get everything I needed. Additionally, staff is not the most helpful. Here I am, with a puppy that's pulling and big and I'm asking if they can help me find a brand of kibble. Guy at front just points to the back and says 'yeah..if you read the signs, you'll find the brand you're looking for.' - Another person, helps me find it after I yell out into the store 'hellooo...is anyone available to help?' Then they don't have the size of kibble I

Go to Dogs and Cats Rule. Tell me how 2 of my family members have come to this PetSmart and have had the worst experience… the folks working here don’t want to help you. They just point aimlessly in a direction and hope you catch on, they have negative attitudes, and they show that they don’t care. Come on. It’s a PET store. It should be a mildly fun experience. This place needs HELP.
