Silver Dog Grooming Salon

I brought my English Bulldog here for the first time. The most important parts to clean on my breed of dog are the face wrinkles and unfortunately it was very poorly done, if at all. He smells good and his nails were clipped so that was done. I’m unsure if they brushed his teeth but I didn’t get the free Greenies for adding on the teeth brushing as their signs advertised either. 4 stars as I’m polite but won’t be back personally.

I've been going to Silver Dog Grooming for a few years now. My little Chanel isn't the sweetest dog towards others but Rafal and his wife are very patient and calm with my little diva. They were very gentle with her when she had a serious skin condition. Unlike some other groomers, Rafael will not force your pet into anything if your pet is uncomfortable. He waits for me to hold my little Chanel when she gets her nails clip as not to make her uncomfortable or scared. When they ask you to assist with your pet they are only looking out for the best interest of your pet.

Strange. The groomer said he would not groom my puppy unless I went home and brushed out her tangles first. He demonstrated how he wanted it done with a cat brush. He said if I didn't brush out her tangles first than he would just shave her. So I packed her up and found a diiferent groomer! Look at how adorable Bella looks after Melissa's Passion for Paws groomed her! No shaving required. Melissa's place isn't as fancy as Silver Dog Grooming but she does a wonderful job and never made me feel embarrassed about Bella's tangles.

HORRIBLE GROOMER. He was very rough with my dog, twisted her hair while putting a muzzle on and in a rush. Complaining about my dog being “so bad”, yet rushed through the process while we were first time clients. Very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and treated my dog horrible. Her cut is patchy and uneven. Do NOT come here unless you want your dog handled rough and unruly. 0 stars to this place easily. After owners response- Ironic since you are talking about the wrong clients and assuming I “lied”, so I hope you resolve that issue before accusing others. You take 3 dogs in at one time rushing so I can see why it’s hard to remember, no worries. We don’t have pet sitters and take care of our own pets as family. I highly recommend this place! Ewa and Rafal are very talented groomers. They cut my dog exactly as I requested. My dog loves this place, she isn't scared at all and wags her tail as soon as we arrive in the parking lot. I sincerely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great grooming experience.
