My little black & white pup in front just went to her first grooming session at Bark's & Recreation. She loved it, and so did I. She looked so relaxed and calm when I came to pick her up. Because we camp & hike, she needs a very shot cut. They listed to my concerns & gave her a cut that was not only functional but beautiful. Everyone here is super friendly & we will most certainly be going back. Thanks everyone for a spectacular job.

I took my Shih Tzu to this place after hearing great reviews, and I loved the experience! They treated both me and my pet very well. Kayla and Ronny made him look fantastic. My pet really enjoyed his time there, and I will definitely be back!

If you want to be talked down to and treated like no one needs your business, this is the place for you! After using this business for quite some time, the service really took a dive. They will never answer their phone now, you will need to call 20x just to book. I dropped off my dogs and it was 1 groomer with over 9 dogs free on the floor. There was no one to tell what you needed done and it felt unsafe. I called on the phone over 10 times and no answer. I went back & got my dogs who were still just roaming. I finally reached "Kelly", the rudest person ever who attacked me for saying she shouldn't run a business holding peoples animals and then never answer the phone! I absolutely love coming to Barks and Recreation. We adopted our chiweenie and he unfortunately came with a lot of trauma. Mary Pat and her team are so considerate and helpful when it comes to getting our little one groomed as he is not the best and requires a muzzle for his pedicures. I am extremely thankful for their services and care for animals. He also has been partaking in their level 1 training with Justin. Our chiweenie is the walking example of Justin’s amazing training. Previously we were working with a different organization for training for about a year and saw no progress. With Justin we have been doing training for about 4 months maybe slightly more and have seen a whole new dog, we have progressed significantly on leash training, sit, spin, down, stay, and have begun kennel

I recently took both my dogs, Star and Sweet Girl, to get groomed here, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Not only did they come out looking fantastic, but I could tell they enjoyed their time there. I'll definitely be bringing them back for future grooming appointments. Highly recommend!
