Their stock of what i need is good. If you have coupons and or rewards, the prices are good. They will also price match if some place else offers a lower price. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I am glad to have them close by.

This place used to be run pretty good, but ever since there is new management, the animal care has gone to trash. The guinea pig tank is overloaded with hay that is being pooped and peed on, the fish tanks aren’t clean because of too much food and there are frequently dead fish. They’ve had multiple reptiles completely discolored from stress and improper care die off. The overall cleanliness of the store and personal hygiene of staff is a wreck, and half the kids have no idea what they’re talking about. I no longer shop this location. It’s a real shame. Do better.

I used the Gurnee store a lot before coming here but now this one is so much closer to my house. This store though wow, it's brand new the facilities look amazing like the self serve dog wash and the grooming station. The great part is that the staff is quite knowledgeable about all the brands and can help narrow down what you need based on price or animal specifics. I will absolutely be using this store from now on.

by far, the best self service dog wash I’ve ever been to. They actually have six bays that you can wash your dog in everywhere else I’ve seen, only has two. And this store is the cleanest I’ve seen anywhere. The hoses work great, great water pressure, with a selection of modes on the sprayer. All around top notch. This is now the only location that I will come to, even though it’s a little bit farther from where I live than the other one. Oh, and the employees were all super friendly too.... but all the PetSmarts I’ve been to have had pretty awesome employees.
