I made an appt online for 10am. Only to arrive and learn that appts didn’t matter. There were no instructions or signs. Just a long line. I didn’t find anyone to ask questions so I just hopped in line. While in line I directed a few store customers that stepped in line thinking it was for the check outs. Signs would really have helped. I finally got to the front of the line after 20 minutes of waiting. I was asked if I checked in. I said I didn’t know I needed to. There are no instructions anywhere. Not even in the texts I received. The woman just turned away from me. I asked how do I check in. She told me to get out of line and talk with the person standing next to her. Then get back in line. Needless to say I left. Very disappointed in the entire process.
