PetSmart

Fish is dying called to see if they had a bacterial medicine I needed. They said yes, I get there over hear them talking and they don’t have it. It’s late other stores are closing and now my dying fish is without the medicine I needed because of they told me they had something they don’t even carry.

I placed an order back on December 14th 2025. One item was a "pickup in store" cup of small Dubai roaches which I did pick up in store at Chicopee, MA. I also ordered 4 reptile hammocks that were supposed to be shipped to me. It's been 3 weeks now and I still have NOT received those 4 reptile hammocks. On the site & app, they claim that they were delivered to my PO Box which is still empty. There seems to be no way to contact "customer support" about this matter or report that I haven't received my items yet or that I want my money back at this point. PetSmart has lost my business as of now because Chewy.com actually delivers within an average of 3 days.

I took my senior cat here to get his nails clipped and when we got home I noticed that his nails were bloody. I am disgusted and heartbroken. DO NOT trust the groomers. My cat was super sweet and calm the entire time, the groomer had no idea what he was doing.

Always helpful and the grooming staff are great with my skittish dog. They genuinely care about my dog. They get down to her level and pet her.

I will never be bringing my dog back here to get groomed, by any of the groomers; especially by Isabella. To start off my dog had an appointment at 4:00 for a bath, brush & FURminator and add on for nail grinding. We arrived at 3:45 to which we were told Isabella wouldn’t be there until 4, okay no problem we walked around the store for 15 minutes and brought him back at 4 when she was supposed to be there. We then explained that my dog Milo has a bit of anxiety, but is super friendly and isn’t aggressive towards people and he’ll calm down shortly. This has been told to me by previous pet smart groomers from a different location where he has never had a problem before.
