The staff has been wonderful and kind. My dog had a few appointments with Dr. Dickman, and with another Dr. when Dr. Dickman was not in the office. Unfortunately, we had to make the difficult decision to put down my shih tzu, and till the end of Bentley's they have all been beyond professional. I would feel comfortable with my pets seeing any Dr. in the practice.

Dr Deeroy is very knowledgeable and helped me with my morkie so much! My dog got blood work done at another vet and told me due to her results being abnormal she needed surgery right away .. so I got a second opinion at shores ! Dr Deeroy told me the pros and cons that can happen with my dog and recommended we do an ultrasound to make sure she was okay ! Me being stressed out as always due to her age the girls answered all my question and answered every time I called about my pup! She is 11 so she was stressed out and dr Deeroy understood her and made sure she felt safe ! She is a great doc . I will continue coming here with both of my dogs ❤️

Dr. Daisy Derooy is a real life superhero. Her approach to everything involving my dog is logical, not economical or medicinal. The care she gives is unmatched and it shows everytime Peppa pays a visit. Prime example: my dog Peppa had a near death experience, Dr. Derooy acted fast and within 3-4 days he was brand new! The most impressive part was the fact that there could have been a million reasons/causes to this near death experience, but she was quick to pinpoint a rare disorder. Thanks to Dr. Derooy, he has a treatment plan and will live a long healthy life!

The staff are so incredibly kind and thorough here. I’m traveling from out of town and was able to get an appointment on short notice for my dog. They treated me and my dog like we were regulars. Even though we are just passing through, they were extremely thorough about his history and treatment. Highly recommend !

I brought both of my girls in (one is a rescue and one is a kings Charles) and had such an amazing experience. The vet was young, extremely knowledgeable, and you could genuinely feel how much she cared about my dogs. She wasn’t pushy at all — just honest, patient, and truly invested in making sure they were comfortable and well taken care of. It’s so refreshing to find someone who clearly loves what they do. We will definitely be back! 🐾❤️
