To be very honest, I enjoy coming in this store for my snake babies food. Last time I bought a snake it just seemed like I was too much a bother asking questions about the snakes and wanting to look at them, almost like you don’t want to make a sale. I spent quite a bit of money that day and it didn’t seem appreciated. You are helpful and knowledgeable, when asked questions. I just think you could be a little more personable and seem happy to be at your job. Be happy about helping people. Show that you’re happy about what you do. Sometimes it’s all about customer service that will go a long way. I know it’s hard to run a business and all that you have to do but if you truly love what you do, it should show everyday to every customer.

Purchase a axolotl love or new member to our family.staff was friendly and very educated on how to handle there pets in will definitely be going back they have a 5 star for me.
