The entire staff went above and beyond when we had to put our bones down! They were so compassionate and friendly. 10/10 recommend them for any pet care especially when it comes to difficult decisions. They were so respectful and never encouraged us to do what we weren't ready to do. From the front desk reps, to vet techs to both doctors we seen everyone was amazing!!

This is one of the best animal hospitals in the Memphis area! Everyone is so happy to be there and so glad to help with concerns or issues that the pet owner has. So glad Pluto has a good place to get treated when he needs to be taken care of. The doctor that handled Plutos procedure was so helpful and upfront and very nice. I could not ask for a better doctor. Every tech is great and thorough and very professional. First let me begin by saying that the staff is great. They are friendly and courteous and a pleasure to speak with. My rating is based off an on going boarding problem that we have been experiencing with Chappo our English Bulldog. For the past 3-4 boarding times we have been noticing that Chappo leaves with his head tilted down to the right and informed the staff each time. When we bring him back the doc says he has an ear infection. It’s so strange because he comes healthy with no infection but leaves with one. We just picked him up yesterday. When he was dropped off this time for boarding I was very clear about this head issue and they told me that he would be monitored.
