The crew took incredible care of our cat, Bloom, when he suddenly developed a hot spot. They were able to fit us in for an urgent same-day appointment, quickly transferred his records, and reviewed everything before seeing him. They treated the hot spot right away and started him on antibiotics, and he’s already doing better. They also noticed he was due for a vaccine and updated it during the visit, which made the whole experience even more efficient. Really grateful for how smoothly everything went and how attentive and kind the staff was from start to finish. Highly recommend.

We have 2 cats... One is spicy and needs to be medicated, while the other is passive and easy to handle. It doesn't matter which one they see, they are all very caring. Dr Mayer has an awesome way with both and isn't scared off at all with our spicy one. All of the staff know how to handle both our cats and I would highly recommend Shawsheen Animal Hospital.

Fantastic! Staff very nice. The rooms have toys for the cats to play with while you wait. Online scheduling is very convenient.

Our dog Lucy needed blood work, shots, nails clipped. She was so anxious but the team made her feel so at ease. They were amazing. Honestly they put us at ease also. They are the best.

We had an amazing first visit with Tyson’s new vet. The entire staff was so patient, gentle, and kind—especially knowing how anxious he can be. They took their time, explained everything thoroughly, and truly treated Tyson like their own. We left feeling reassured, supported, and very grateful. Highly recommend!!!
