Best Pets was super accommodating and patient with my puppy GSD, Buddy. They also followed up with me to see how Buddy was doing, which I appreciate. Everyone was super welcoming and caring that I spoke with. I would highly recommend their services and knowledgable staff!

We’ve been a long time patient of Best Pets, when we had our loving Shih Tzu. They were always so kind and caring. We felt they genuinely cared for his well being, and also being reasonable and not pushy in regards to services ( as we all know how expensive it can get having a pet, and even more once they become seniors). He was diagnosed with bladder cancer at the age of 17. They helped us keep him as comfortable as possible, until we were ready to say goodbye, and when it was time, they were so good to us in the hardest moments. The kindness and compassion we received in their office made saying goodbye a little easier. The reassurance we got in how they handled the body once he was gone, helped bring us peace and comfort. Unfortunately, my 100-pound Rottweiler isn’t their biggest fan—he has to stay sedated and muzzled during visits—but I definitely am! The staff is incredibly skilled, patient, and unafraid to handle a challenging dog. They always manage to perform exams and give shots safely and efficiently, even when he’s putting up a serious fight. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication every single time.

I’ve been taking my dogs to Best Pets for almost 10 years. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and caring. I recently took my new puppy in for her first appointment and even though they were extremely busy and understaffed that day, they still took their time sitting on the floor with my baby, giving her treats and letting her warm up to them before giving her shots. This meant so much to me because I want her to have a good experience when visiting the vet- and they definitely made her first visit fun and positive! The care and attention they give is unmatched. We recently moved down south, and I still plan the vet appointments for when we come back home so we can stay with Best Pets!

Everyone here is absolutely lovely. They do what they can to accommodate my dog and are so sweet with him, even when he needs some extra care for his nail trims. They try to look for ways to save us some cash where possible and make the visit as painless (for both my dog and me!) as possible. My dog isn't always thrilled to go to the vet but he loves all of the attention the staff here provide. From the front desk staff to the techs to the doctors, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Plus, it's so easy to schedule appointments and get prescriptions refilled which has always been one of my least favorite parts of vet visits. Great hours & wonderful service. Very happy to keep coming here.
