We have used Shaw’s twice in our home for engineered wood install and have been incredibly happy with their service! Russ, the owner, is incredibly sweet and great to work with. Mary in the storefront is prompt and communicative and the install teams were efficient and on time. Looking forward to finishing the remainder of our floors with them!

Billy and John did an EXCEPTIONAL job on installing my Mom's carpet in two rooms. They showed up on time and worked diligently until the job was done. They took great care to make sure that all of our questions were answered, and they gave us options on various decisions to make the install to our liking! They went the extra mile to do a fantastic job! They were kind, courteous and professional. These two fine men are a fabulous asset to the company. I will use Shaw's Carpet again for my carpeting needs, any you can be sure that I will ask for Billy and John to do the install! Thank you for a job very well done!

One of your drivers needs to have its license revoked. He almost caused several accidents on Route 1 and drives incredibly dangerous and inpatient putting peoples lives at risk.

It went great. Two man crew showed up between time they said in the morning and throughout the week long installation had one or two other crews helping to finish install ahead of time. They were courteous, helpful, offered to grab something for me during lunch, and diligently kept at it until the job was done. We were dissatisfied with the finish on a few pieces of molding and after asking, they came back out and finished the couple of areas to our satisfaction. Given that we were paying greater than $10K for the work and materials we thought that this was the least they could do to finalize the job. We asked about masked work during the pandemic and they indicated they don't wear masks during install, but they are checked each morning at the store with temperature and questionnaire
