Cindy is great! She makes you feel like an old friend when you are coming and going. She takes great care of her furry residents and is accommodating to their individual needs. She’s also great at accommodating the pet owners when their plans change for pick up and drop offs. 10/10 recommend Shady Glen.

Taking a long vacation and having dogs that need to be boarded can be a stressful time. Cindy and Tom made me and my two dogs very comfortable with the long stay. They took very good care of my dogs and communicated with me during the trip to let me know they were doing good. I highly recommend Shady Glen Kennels and will be using their services again.
