Belchertown Boarding Kennel

I've used Belchertown Boarding Kennel for 12 years. I tried a different kennel once, and they didn't compare so I've never again tried anyone else. I completely trust that my dogs will be well cared for, and if one of them should get sick that they are in good hands. One of my dogs is very big, not very friendly, and intimidates most people. They have handled him well, even given him medicine, without any problem or complaint. I highly recommend this kennel, and personally I would never go anywhere else.

I made arrangements to pick up my dog on a Sunday at 4 pm because my flight didn’t land until 1 pm only to be told they were closed and I was supposed to pick her up at 9 am. The lady was very rude and disrespectful. She told me I had to go back tomorrow when they were open and I told her I was unable to as I had to work. She reluctantly gave me my dog. I left a blanket for my dog to sleep on only to find it on top of another kennel. Pee was all over the floor in the kennel which is not normal as my dog is house trained. Good experience dropping her off, horrible experience picking her up. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

I would HIGHLY recommend taking your dog here if you're interested in having your animal be kept outside all day and being personally disrespected by the owners. Not impressed what so ever.

I would not recommend anyone to bring their animals here. Very poorly set up dog kennel. I know from experience the dogs are not happy while staying at this kennel and the owners are very rude.
