I received excellent assessment of and care and treatment of my very sick and abandoned years ago in a trash can bearded dragon with some signs of calcium deficiency as a baby and the vet has taken great care of educated me to be a great dragon Mom with the knowledge of what’s “wrong” and baseline for Bisco! The staff consistently demonstrates deep knowledge and genuine care—not only for dogs and cats but also for small animals like our parakeets. They take the time to explain procedures clearly, answer every question thoughtfully, and ensure that both pets and owners feel comfortable and supported. The level of professionalism and empathy shown here sets a standard that’s hard to find elsewhere. We wouldn’t trust any other place with our birds.

saved my guinea pigs life. eternally grateful. edit as of 8/24/2025: it’s been months, and he’s only getting better. i haven’t seen him this active and happy in countless months, and i could never be more thankful that we chose here. another edit, 9/14/2025. months later, still on the up and up. as of october 18th, cheeseballs has passed away, but the last few months he had were surrounded with the most love and affection he could ever receive. without the extraordinary people at BVH, we wouldn’t have been afforded that opportunity. once again, thank you.

After a concerning issue showed up in Mango’s blood work, Dr. Greenberger quickly arranged a recheck for us. When Mango was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma, she clearly explained the diagnosis, guided us through the possible options, and was there for us even after hours to offer support and answer our questions. Throughout this difficult time, the entire team was kind, responsive, and professional. It gave us comfort knowing Mango was in such good hands.
