Our puppy Myles LOVED coming here!!! He was always so excited for class, and we loved getting to see him grow his confidence and manners over the weeks. We did the 3 day/week schedule for 4 weeks, and appreciated the flexibility as to which days we could bring him. Due to some travel, our 12 classes ended up spanning about 6 weeks and it wasn’t an issue at all. All the trainers knew Myles by name and greeted us with a smile each morning. Great team and program!!!

I have been working with SF puppy prep for almost a year now for my puppy Betty. We brought her in for the immersive puppy day school initially (at 18 weeks old) and did about 12 weeks of training. Once they began offering daycare (itty bitty dog city), we decided to bring her back. as a first time puppy parent, I cannot express my gratitude to the entire team at SF puppy prep. My biggest goal for Betty was to make sure that she was socialized and trained properly, and ensure that she wouldn’t become fearful and reactive as a little dog . The training and support we’ve received for her and us as new puppy parents has been incredible. Everywhere we go we receive compliments about how well behaved and well adjusted she is. She may be 6 pounds, but she doesn’t know it. She’s confident, she u

Thanks to the amazing trainers from the Dayschool and Puppy Fundamentals class, our goldendoodle Rosie has blossomed from a timid pup terrified of other dogs to a confident girl who loves all people and dogs! At 20 weeks, she’s stopped biting almost entirely too. We really loved the Parent Teacher Conferences where a knowledgeable trainer gave us tips to continue working on challenges specific to our dog at home. Puppy Prep overall is great at teaching owners new skills to reinforce the great training taught in the school. We felt empowered by the team in knowing how to deal with the biting, alone time whining, and most importantly socialization with other dogs. Looking forward to signing up for more advanced classes soon!

To be honest, I was a little cynical about Doggy Daycares in general but I am SO glad we signed up with our terrier pup Ziggy. From the first play session we noticed a difference in Ziggys behavior regarding playing, biting, and obedience. The focus the pups get from the teachers and the reinforcement of good behaviors is fantastic and helped to fast track Ziggy's training. The reports and feedback are thoughtful and actionable and although his training is not 'done' it's advanced much more than I anticipated. I thoroughly recommend this school if you're able to sign up.

I’m not exaggerating when I say this is one of the most important businesses in the city. They’re ability to teach young pups - and their humans - how to exist safely and happily in this particular urban environment is a true service to every citizen. Mac, Erin and their team were spectacular when we first got our pup. He ended up getting quite sick before we were able to begin working with puppy prep and Erin was an incredible resource and support for us - she hadn’t even met our dog yet! She checked in every few days until he recovered, and was incredibly flexible in helping us adjust his start time and not miss critical socialization windows while he was tiny. We later continued with Outdoor Education - their “graduate program” - and it was incredible to learn from Ellie and Erin’s in
