I cannot say enough positive things about Marisa. We have a 10 year old Shih Tzu that we adopted from a rescue when he was about 3. He has high anxiety issues with grooming and gets very stressed. Not with Marisa! She so compassionate, patient, and truly cares for him. I’ve tried 2 other groomers over the past couple years, but I can definitely tell a huge difference picking him up from her versus others. He’s happy and not at all stressed, not to mention he looks and smells amazing!

Finally found a great groomer in the Hampstead area! Marissa did an awesome job on Gia. She was professional, kept me updated on status of trim and was very kind. I will definitely be bringing her back, you won’t be disappointed!

I can’t recommend Serenity Transfurmations enough! She has been an absolute lifesaver for me and my two pups. Our bigger mutt is reactive toward strangers and can snarl/snap/make a scene when she feels threatened; our smaller pup is just afraid of everything and had never been groomed before. Marisa is so incredibly patient and understanding with them both. She truly takes the time to work with dogs that have behavioral challenges, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about their comfort and well-being. The level of communication is also amazing—she keeps me updated throughout the grooming process so I always know how things are going. It’s such a relief knowing my dogs are in safe, skilled hands. I can’t say enough good things about Serenity Transfurmations! The grooming is top-notch. Brought my pug mix yesterday and he looks and feels amazing, you can really tell Marisa truly loves what she does! She was so friendly, professional, and made my pup super comfortable. I have been searching for a great local groomer who is good with nail trimming and able to do glands and defurminator treatments and she did such an amazing job I could instantly see my dogs relief and his coat looks amazing!!
