Always a great time at Serenity! My dog is always tired after playing with pups during his visit and the cut is always done to perfection. Won’t go anywhere else!

We’ve been taking our dog here for about a year and couldn’t be happier with the service we receive. Our pup has extremely sensitive skin and would often come back from groomers with sores on her skin due to rough brushing or them not using the special shampoo we provided. Serenity has taken the time to really get to know our dog and her skin needs- the groomers there always have notes ready from previous appointments so that she is well taken care of regardless on who her groomer is on her appointment days. I also appreciate that we can leave her there all day, as my husband and I both work full time. I truly appreciate the special care that they give our dog.

The dogs always have a great experience at Serenity! The people are so kind and always remember the special things about them. Both dogs are typically a little nervous, but not at Serenity! We highly recommend their services.

I take my two dogs here for regular grooming. Our OES used to be afraid of getting groomed to the point where we couldn’t even do it ourselves. Because we had such a good experience at Serenity with Carly when we rescued our giant schnauzer (she was very kind and patient and worked with her for several weeks until she was confident enough to get groomed), we asked if she would work with Tsuga. She said she would, and has been working with him ever since. He can get groomed, bathed, and even get his nails trimmed! He’s like a brand new dog, and this has translated to a much easier time at the vet as well! Carly is amazing, and I recommend serenity to whoever needs a groomer.

I’ve had all good experiences at Serenity for over two years now. I have a rough collie (so. much. fur.) and they do an excellent job of making him look majestic. All of the other dogs/clients and employees there are friendly. My dog has never had a single incident of his skin being clipped or any of his nails being cut too short. 5/5 would recommend
