Serenity Pet Spa has the best customer service and loyalty to their customers! Our dog is always excited for his spa day and he trusts his groomers! They definitely love their clients and take extra care to make sure all needs are met.

HORRENDOUS customer service. The owners mother works here and is unbelievable she is so rude. My father dropped off the dogs to be groomed and she was awful to him. Do not spend your money here. This woman should not be in customer service. It’s a shame to because the owner is nice and does such a good job. No one deserves to be treated so badly though! Especially an elderly gentleman.
