Took our pup in for first grooming, and unfortunately my pup wouldn't cooperate, which I suspected would happen. But a couple of days later I found a very bad puncture wound on her neck. It healed fine, but they never informed us, and that's why I'll never go back. Accidents happen, but own up to them.

Bought some fish from there. Split them up between two tanks. Apparently they had a bacterial or a fungal infection and it killed over $300 worth of fish in both of my tanks. Absolutely devastated. I will never shop here again. Not even for dog food. Take care of your fish tanks better.

I take my grandmothers dog here about every three months. Her dog always comes back very clean, and I don't have any concerns of taking your dog here, the service is great! Now about the shopping, everything is clean, and mostly in it's place. Items are a bit pricey, but great quality! Never had a compliant about this store, totally recommend the place! Associates are very knowledgeable and personable making the dull drudgery associated with simply buying dog food an amazing experience that added to the overall positivity of my day and my dog because he gets the great quality dog food that he is come to expect and deserve from a company that still respects and provides amazing positive interactions that keep me coming back
