This practice is childish. I had 3 animals going here. Questioned a charge for an exam as the dr literally looked in my cats mouth for 2 seconds and patted down her body for a total of 7 seconds. Considered that a “exam” and charged $80 for it. Because I questioned the charge they dropped us. Absolutely childish.

Fantastic experience with our Chameleon Chopin. Everyone was exceptional getting us in and taking care of our Chameleon’s needs. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of exotic reptile care, all staff was great. Very friendly and competent. Another great appointment for Clarke with great work from the entire staff.

Had to make an appt for my German shepard she was seen today August 11th and within a couple minutes they had her ear infection diagnosed and got medication to treat it she's happy as can be now after her visit. they have treated my dog with care sense she started going there so 5 out of 5 today and every time I have been here in the past. and she got a doggie Sunday for being good 👍

I can’t say enough about this place! I have 5 cats and 1 dog. 1 of my cats I actually adopted from Dr. Darby! The reason I give this place five stars besides the excellent care they give all my fur babies is because I once found a cat and I tried to bring it to the vet that I was currently seeing right away, it was a Friday and the vet that I was seeing could not get me in till the following Thursday. This kitten was sick, and needed help immediately. My husband called Seneca Falls veterinary Hospital and they told me to come right in right away, I was not one of their patients and there is they could’ve turned me away. The staff taught me all there was to know about helping out a little kitten. I also had to call the doctor several times that weekend as my kitten got a little sicker bef
