the rats are not properly taking care of at all, not even enough bedding to cover the bottom of tank, the rats look extremely stressed and unhealthy. I’ve had rats i know what a good set up looks like.

The cashier was very friendly I asked her to have someone to grab a large dog food. She called, no one came, there were 2 female employees clearly working in the next aisle, I asked for assist and was told they weren't working. Then proceeded to continue reorganizing the pet food bags. I waited 5 more minutes then let the cashier know she could cancel my request as no one showed to help and ordered for the same price on chewy! People wonder why local stores are going out of business! Because employees do not want to help customers!

The employees at the Seneca Falls CountryMax have been very friendly, but there has been an ongoing issue with prices displayed and the actual price of goods being incorrect. And while employees have been very good and kind so far about only charging the display price, and not the register price as long as you the customer bring the discrepancy to an employee's attention, it has stopped feeling like an oversight and instead is beginning to feel like the store is trying to scam you. (And this has been going on since before the tariff issues)

This used to be a really good country max until recently when I went there. It seems that no managers knew what they were doing. We bought a scorpion and they did not know whether they should charge us for the cage or not charge for the cage. Then they didn't know how much they should charge. Whether they should charge $10 or $15 for the cage. All other country Max's just give you the cage when you purchase an animal like this. It's very unfortunate. I really like country max but this was not a good experience. It was like the blind leading the blind.
