All Creatures Veterinary Hospital

We adopted 2 dogs and were very grateful to receive timely appointments. They quickly got our dogs up to speed then transitioned them to thorough preventive care. We've received valuable advice, including more nutritional guidance from Dr. Doreen than I've ever received from a human doctor. Our dogs got into some chocolate once and we quickly received excellent acute care. Dr. Greg and Doreen are both excellent clinicians with great bedside manners and every one of their staff have been absolutely fantastic.

Me and my mom lived right across the street from them our cat peanut had collapsed We wanted them to take a look at her And we were willing to pay top dollar for her care. They wouldn't even look at her because in there words they were not her "vet" as a result. she spent 4 day's in pain and died she could have been saved if they looked at her. They do not actually care about animals

Asking only what i could use thats over the counter for a cats possible ear infection - basically what would be safe for me to try that I could get without a prescription...i was told "without seeing you in the office, we can't give recommendations" So it's a No money = no help kind of place. This minor situation says a whole lot about this place. Precisely like a lot of other vets in thos region - they're not in this to help animals OR because they truly care. It's fully about the $$$$. We unfortunately are forced to pick at least 1 star for rating. But in reality these guys get a no star rating from me 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

My kitten Theo was very sick. I was so worried about him, I didn’t think he would live long. At 5 months he already had quite the medical history. The first Dr that treated him was out of options. He def tried but Theo wasn’t responding. I found Dr John and he was still able to get a treatment plan in place and do some additional testing the other clinic didn’t offer. it wasn’t an easy case and I appreciate him not giving up. Theo is finally a healthy kitten (and I’m not a nervous wreck about him anymore). I hope we’re at the end of this , but if not I know Dr John will get him back on track to a normal kitten again. My family is very grateful for all his help. Thank you Dr John for saving Baby Theo!

They really need to hire a receptionist to answer the phone and not just send everyone to a voicemail box and then never respond. I cannot understand why anyone whose entire business relies on providing customer service would choose to operate in this manner.
