Joanna did a great job with Mr Lovey my persian cat. she took time to explain about the process of grooming cats. It took longer than expected but that's because he had matting. she alerted me with a text and call. so good communication.

LaunderPet has been the biggest life saver for my two dogs. I used to take them to Petsmart for grooming and every time I'd pick them up, they'd be shaking, wouldn't eat/drink water, and would be "off" for a few hours. There were never any complaints from those groomers about behavior but I could tell the environment stressed them out and would take a while to be themselves again. I moved to Seal Beach and wanted to find something smaller and not a huge chain, planning on being here for a long time and embracing the tight knit community. LaunderPet is right across my office so I took a chance and a year later, it was the best decision! They truly love on my dogs, they're so fast but precise, and most importantly, when I pick my dogs up they have wagging tails and wet noses. Will continue t

My Koko is very nervous when it comes to grooming and the last place couldn’t finish her. I brought her here and the lady’s were amazing. Not only did they finish her up, she looks adorable.

I was thinking its time to get my fur baby’s nails trimmed, but it was Sunday and. I had no appointment and not sure where to go. I was walking past Launderpet and they were open, so I went in and they were so friendly and nice. They trimmed my baby’s nails right then! She usually screams with nail trims, but not a peep out of her. She was so calm, the best nail experience she has had ever. Shes a 16 year old pug mix, so has had many nail trims. Great place, and reasonable price! We will be going there from now on!

After going here for many years with our dogs, under old owners, we were very dissatisfied with the service today. We have a new puppy and the hair cut was sub average and the girls running it were not very nice. Makes me think if they were mean to our puppy??? Will not go back!
