I love the entire staff at both Ark grooming facilities. My little Pekingese dogs are treated with love and caring. I always pick up beautiful groomed dogs. I highly recommend The Ark grooming facilities

Tonya and Terry are amazing groomers. Bring my little pomuaua in every now and then. She's a bit timid and older, but Tonya and company always take their time and make sure Kodi is extremely comfortable during the whole process. They do a great job blowing out her undercoat. It seriously helps with the shedding. Her coat is extremely shiny and soft when I get her back. Everybody in there has a great sense of humor. Fun place to take your dog.

Be careful. I took my baby Jack to get his first trim and this is what they did to him. And didn't even tell me. I didn't see what they had done until I got him home. You can't give minus stars or I would.

Our dog has been there every week for bath and grooming for 8 years! I love the care and perfection to their clients. I get possible suggestions from my groomer that will help our dog. This I really appreciate☆ they take such good care of our dog❤❤❤❤❤

Milo is a sweet rescue, but incredibly scared and totally new to the idea of getting groomed. Not in an aggressive way, just in a "I'm not movin'!" kind of way. Holly couldn't have been more understanding and caring. She assured me that he just needed to be conditioned and that they would lovingly get the job done. She called over a co worker (Eddie) and together they showed me how they would clip his claws, etc. I can't rave more about the positive attitude and quality of the work here. BTW not every place knows how to compassionately get the job done. I took him to Healthy Spot once before I found Ark. I picked up a pet who was scared and work not completed because he "had a hard time." Healthy Spot didn't seem to mind charging me anyway for a job that was not done and a freaked out pet
