Dr. Jane took wonderful care of my cat Marlowe for the entire seven years that I had him. Marlowe had some upper respiratory issues (later diagnosed as chronic rhinitis and congenital nasopharyngeal stenosis). Dr. Jane gave great advice for managing his condition and referred me to a great specialist when he had to have a rhinoscopy done. Dr. Jane was always direct with me about my options, how it would affect Marlowe’s quality of life, how likely the treatment or medication was to solve the problem, and how much it would cost. I always had faith in her recommendations and never believed she would advise surgery or a procedure for Marlowe unless it was truly in his best interest. Dr. Sara is, without a doubt, the best veterinarian we’ve ever worked with. As a physician myself, I understand how demanding the healthcare field can be—but Dr. Sara brings a calm, compassionate presence that immediately puts you at ease. She takes her time, listens carefully, and treats your pet with the same love and attention she would her own. For the first two years of our puppy Cleo’s life, Dr. Sara was an absolute gem. From routine visits to Cleo’s spaying procedure—after which she recovered beautifully—Dr. Sara was always thorough, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. The only reason we are no longer seeing her is because we moved out of state—but we already miss her and the exceptional care she provided. I saw Dr. Sara. I came to this clinic with my young, sick cat seeking help and clarity. Instead, I left feeling rushed into euthanasia without being given enough diagnostic certainty or treatment options. After my cat passed, I was told it ‘must have been FIP,’ despite no definitive testing being done. I was also asked if they could take apart his body to examine him, which added to an already traumatic experience. I now genuinely believe my cat may have had a chance to recover with proper care. I wish more time, options, and compassion had been offered before suggesting euthanasia for such a young animal. This experience has stayed with me, and I hope future clients receive clearer communication and a more cautious approach before recommending end-of-life decisions.

I really don’t want to write a five star review because I know what a lot of five star reviews do: increase traffic, which means it may be a little more difficult for me to find an appointment in the future. But this animal hospital absolutely deserves it. They were able to get the sweetest cat in for an appointment quicker than the other places I called, and run tests to find out what might be troubling him. The waiting room was large and extraordinarily clean, and the folks who I talked were courteous and friendly. Dr. Jane outlined the potential issues and gave clear test and treatment options. There was also a small parade of golden retrievers while I was there which was a joy. The only small things I would change would be to add sunshades in the front because it gets pretty hot in the

Jane has been taking care of Wilson for almost 10 years. She and her staff are absolutely the best. We wouldn’t take Wilson anywhere else. Thanks for always taking such great care of him.
