Scissors & Suds Pet Grooming

My little one is particularly difficult when getting her nails done but the staff here was so kind, patient, and accommodating. They did a great job with her nails for a great price. Highly recommend.

We have been going to the shop for a couple of years and every time they do an amazing job on both of our girls. My girls go in a little uneasy/scared and come out best friends with the staff which means you know they take care to treat them, right. I bring them in there looking a mess and they come out looking like little princesses lol

My dog got her best groom EVER here. Taking your dog here is truly taking them to a *SHOW QUALITY* groomer, and I haven’t found anywhere else in San Antonio you can get such a perfect breed standard groom… especially at this price, which I found incredibly reasonable ($130-ish for an Airedale Terrier full groom, and other places routinely charge $180-$250+). I took my Airedale here after the chain-store groomers kept blowdrying her coat backward to make it “fluffy,” which is 100% wrong for an Airedale Terrier. I wish I had found Scissors and Suds sooner! I am an avid review reader, so I did notice some complaints about the “inconvenience” of a cash/check business. Y’all, that saves you $$$. Support your local small businesses, because the factory-style big-box groomers are nowhere near

This was my first time bringing Lola to Evie at Scissors and Suds, and she did a FANTASTIC job of making Lola look and feel so good!! She gave a perfect haircut, and Lola is ready for summer! The prices are excellent and scheduling was a breeze! I’m so glad I found a great place to bring Lola!

I was stressing because PetSmart banned my 14 year old dog. But when I called up to Scissors and Suds they immediately reassured me they have the special touch and patience for elderly dogs. They were amazing! Communicated clearly “you have to pay cash or check” plus it didn’t take long at all! I will be back to support this small business.
