Took my doodle here for the first time as his usual groomer just had elbow surgery and couldn’t see him. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this spot as my appointment that was suppose to be 3 hours turned in 4 hours as they had a difficult client prior to mine. I had also ask them to avoid cutting his eye lashes and unfortunately they did. Which the owner did take $30 off his hair cut for this. However, once I got home I noticed there were multiple patches where he was shaved off weird.

I love this place! My friend referred me here. I got my new fur baby 2 weeks ago and was nervous about her first bath. These people are wonderful, kind and she came out wagging her tail and looking amazing. I already booked my next appointment!

I always take my dog here. She loves it and happily wags her tail going in and coming back out. They do a good job and even add a bow sometimes to my dog’s collar. Occasionally I don’t like the smell of the shampoo they use so I bring my own and they’re happy to use mine instead. Overall, highly recommended. Parking can be hard to find and if you have an appointment, definitely factor that in. Clement st can get really busy on weekends, especially on Sundays when there’s a farmers market going on. Also, the Burmese restaurant next door is really popular so that can make parking difficult too. However, they do a good job to notify you when your dog is ready and generally provide accurate estimates so you can plan.

We had a fabulous experience here today and we’ll be back! We have a 60 lb golden retriever and hadn’t found a great groomer in our neighborhood — til now! They were SO friendly and took great care of our pup when she was a little nervous at first. I also appreciated that they followed our instructions because we’ve gotten some bad trims in the past at other places; it’s clear they’ve worked with goldens before and know not to shave their fur. $125 for bath & brush + add ons (sanitary trim, ear cleaning, paw trim). Great price for SF!!

They do such a good job on my pupper ruby. She loves it there and she always comes back with this cute bow and a amazing smell. She also gets her nails clipped so we dont have to worry about her fighting with us.
