I'm already a Scenthound fan thanks to Scenthound East Orlando. I recommended my parents' dog to this Scenthound Wellington, their local Scenthound, and we couldn't be happier! We took our dog Queenee here for her first real grooming on December 26, and we know she was going to be difficult because she hadn't had a successful grooming. She was super scared at first but the staff was gentle and truly took their time with Queenee so as to not traumatize her. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and professionalism with Queenee! We know it was difficult, but she really needed the help of professionals and you guys delivered! We can't thank you enough! It's like a Christmas miracle! Happy holidays!!!

Staff is friendly, but constant changes in staff. Only recognize 1 groomer, which was my dogs groomer. After 2 years of service, my dog still wasn’t comfortable getting groomed there, like he was with his past groomer. They blamed my dog “biting” when his groomer stated last visit, he hasn’t bit her and he’s been great and she loves him. Teddys her boy. I believe because I was late, they created a scenario of my dog biting. Funny thing is, when I am a few minutes late, these excuses appear.. but when he’s on time or before his appt, he’s an angel. Not a coincidence. So, I rather have my boy, be somewhere he’ll be happy and enjoy, if he’s even aggressive like they say. But since they think so, he’ll be going where they’ll welcome him with open arms and make it a safe and comfortable enviro

My pup, Buddy always smells so fresh and clean when he leaves and they treat him like a king. I love the services here they provide! Truly a great deal that you cant get elsewhere.

FANTASTIC experience from start to finish! We tried the $39 trial that was advertised online. We dropped our Frenchie off a little before the appointment time and she was checked in right away. She was done within 25 minutes. The staff was super friendly, explained everything in detail, and there were no hidden fees or lengthy sales pitches. We are SO happy with the service and care we received! We will be back!

DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. This has been truly the worst experience I have ever had. My dog is a Pomeranian. She has been having problems on her coat (dry skin). When i went to Scenthound, I specifically told the lady that my dog had coat & skin problems, that I had grown her coat for 5 months and was giving her medication for that, and to please DONT shave her and to just cut her hair down. I specifically said that Pomeranians are not supposed to be shaved all the way down because it damages the undercoat. I also told her that i like my dog’s head fluffly, rounded, and longer in the head than in the body. Like a puppy cut. When I went to pick my dog up, I literally started crying. She was completely shaved, even on her face, the shaving was completely uneven all around, there were holes an
