This is, without question, the best veterinary practice we have ever been to! Every single team member is incredibly responsive, gentle, caring, and loving toward our dogs — Cody, Brody, and Lola, who has been going there since they first opened. Our 12-year-old Brody needed extensive dental surgery, and we were honestly very scared, especially after frightening nose-bleeding episodes, when we had no idea what was wrong. Dr. Mejia was exceptional — compassionate, patient, and highly skilled. She walked us through everything, kept us informed, and made a very stressful situation feel manageable. In May my Frenchie came down with IVDD and at that time i listened to the neurologist and did an MRI and an epidural for the cost of $8,000. 10 weeks later she relapsed and got another epidural for $2000 which gave her zero relief . The neurologist wanted to either give her another epidural for $2,000 or surgery for $6,000. Neither were an option for me as i was tapped out. After research i decided on acupuncture and laser therapy which brought me to Dr Block at Mindful vet . Dr Block told me he was fairly confident that with rest and treatment he could have her feeling better. Lulu just finished her 4th appointment (she also saw Dr Patterson who is also amazing depending on my schedule) and now has full movement and applying pressure on her back leg as well as her muscle tone back. b

Saw dr Block for a second opinion for my Wheaton"s trouble on walking. This is driving me and my husband crazy. He spent an 1hr 1/2 with us. He was very thorough in the examination. Could not find a definitive reason for his limping and getting up very slowly he is only 8yrs old and still has a lot of energy. Dr Block put him on a pain medication. So far he is doing pretty good. We discussed a plan to solve this issue. We have a follow up appointment. I hope he helps my sweet Wheaton. I have faith.
