Alma Vet Connection has completely changed the way I view veterinary care. My dog Mia is extremely timid and anxious, especially when separated from me. Alma’s open-concept, fear-free environment allows me to stay with her for all services in any area of the hospital, which has made a huge difference in her comfort and trust. Dr. Steers always takes her time, never rushes appointments, and treats Mia with incredible patience and compassion. The entire team is experienced, gentle, and so thoughtful — always offering treats and handling her with care. I always feel heard, respected, and supported by everyone there. I took my dog for her first visit and I completely love their approach. I truly appreciate how they take the time to explain everything with details, by the way they write the whole conversation and send it to you via email. I guess they figured that most of us forget or feel confused about it as soon as we get home. Additionally, in the same email there is a lot information about what to do at home, her diet, recommendations, etc. A few days later I received a call to keep track and they explained the treatment plan and help me to understand the next steps. Anyway, I wish I can find a physician for myself just as good. My Hazel is very lucky!

I have been very picky about where to take my two pups, after trying a few vets in the area I’ve found a wonderful team at Alma. The staff is kind, attentive and on top of it, they give you any amount of time you need, I’ve never felt rushed or overlooked. You can tell the animals well being is #1. A big bonus is that the Dr Steers. Is trained in western and eastern medicine so she can get creative with their care. My dog had really bad separation anxiety we have been managing over the last few months and he is doing so much better. I am very happy with their care. I highly recommend!
