I took ChiChi here yesterday for the first time, they were very patient with her being as though it was her first time there. The receptionist Zayah is very pleasant, a pleasure to talk to and very knowledgeable about pet care she was so informant I thought this was her establishment . We signed up for the membership. This is our new groomers. Thank you Scenthound.

I love that they don’t charge extra for having a large dog! We have been doing 1 wash per week for my severely stinky treeing walker coonhound (the breed has a very oily stinky coat). It’s helped my marriage lol! No more baths in our tub! And they clean his giant ears which is also a life saver! Very happy so far with the service. Mr. Blue is also happier because he’s always allowed in our bed or on the couch for cuddles!

I took my dog here for the first time based off of a friends recommendation , he has some issues with matting and they were able to trim him up and take care of him so well and said he did very well with the groomer. Which is great because he has some anxiety about it. I’m so impressed with how he looks and I’m overwhelmed by the customer service I experienced. I will be back again and again!

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET IN THERE if you love it. My pup came back shaking and full of bleeding woonds. The recepcionist convinced me since my dog was treated to do the membership and I did. As I had my puppy back I asked for the membership refund. They NEVER refunded and still charching me monthly. When I called to claim my rights a woman said Ill call you back but she never did. I am wasting my time and money with this people.So disrespectful! But the worse! my little puppy suffered a tone! I hope after this review someone will contact me finally. I dont like leaving bad public reviews.

Yanos fit me in last second which worked out perfect for my schedule! Lauren did an amazing job cleaning up my pup always requesting her! Great team start to finish can’t wait to return!
