Our very vet anxious dog has had a bad ear infection that we attempted to handle on our own for a few weeks (with their guidance) but would not go away. After an initial hiccup with his anxiety meds we made an appointment for the next day. The team at NSVH made a plan to help get him in the building and sedated. They even made back up plans to make sure we were comfortable with all of our options. We were finally able to get him settled with their assistance and they were able to get his ears all cleaned up. We are very thankful for the kindness, care and expertise that allowed them to help our dog. The whole team seems to really care about the animals they treat. They have also been great with our younger dog and two older cats.

We absolutely love NSVH! Everyone—-from the front desk staff to the vet techs to the doctors—is kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. They listen to my concerns, and partner with me to make any kind of treatment plan. They respond quickly to emails and text messages, and scheduling appointments is easy.

We had a very positive experience here today when we brought in our sick cat. We recently moved and hadn’t established care with a vet yet, but when our cat got sick and we needed to go somewhere fast, they accommodated a same-day appointment and the intake process was very fast and easy. The person on the phone (I believe her name was Isabella) was very kind, empathetic, and communicative. When we got to the office, they took us pretty on time for our appointment and the vet tech and vet were also very kind, empathetic, and communicative with great bedside manners and it turned a stressful experience into a reassuring one. They were so sweet to our cat and made it an stress-free experience for her. Everyone in the office was friendly. We left with the medication and special food we need

Went to Newtown Square Veterinary Hospital based on a referral from a friend after receiving a RIDICULOUSLY high estimate (almost $2k!!) for neutering of a new puppy from our long-time vet of almost 10 years. It's a tough decision to leave 'what you know & trust' but couldn't be happier that we did! :) Everyone here is knowledgeable, helpful, and obviously loves working with animals. It's more than just a job and it shows - even better the office is organized & spotless and prices are affordable. Couldn't have asked for better care for my little guy & so happy we made the decision to change!

I have been taking my cats to this practice for years and love it! Everyone is extremely kind and caring and the overall atmosphere is not only calming to me but my cats as well. The rooms have toys and hide out spots for the cats to roam while we wait and they also supply treats during treatments. The techs and doctors are all very knowledgeable and I trust them with my pets care 100%.
