I took my 2 year old Shiba Inu here for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. Booking the appointment was super convenient, and I really appreciated how they explained every step of the grooming process before starting the service — it made me feel confident and comfortable leaving my pup in their care. The groomer did an amazing job with his coat and nails, and he came home looking fantastic. You can tell they truly care about the dogs they work with. Highly recommend!

My dog went today and immediately when we walked in there was an extremely rude employee named Allison. She didn't welcome us ,or say hi she just rudely asked if this was "" ... my dogs name. She asked for the rabies which I stated , my dog had the tag and she was so rude to ask for the certificate and tell me she needs to see rabies or she can't take her in. When she saw me looking for it on my phone. There's a way to talk to people if you work with the public. If you don't like your job then you should quit. I won't ever go back and I will definitely tell everyone how rude their staff is.

I hated the service. My dog came out looking uglier. His face was wet, not brushed. His eyes were full of eye bugs. His tail was not brushed and has lots of nods. (Take a look on the picture of his booty, how dirty it was after his visit). It was my first experience and the girl on the front desk didn’t even apologize for this horrible experience. I hope I get my money back.

Scenthound at Maitland has been amazing. They work with my fur babies anxiety and have been super flexible with scheduling when we had unexpected issues come up. Their attention to detail and knowledge of breed differences helped me entrust them with my big fur baby. They have were upfront with pricing, timely, and their facility is clean and welcoming. I’m happy I found them 😁

I have a shih tzu and he's such a furry ball of energy! The girls did an awesome job. I bought the barbra cut package! Ill update w a pic when he holds still 🤪
