Dexter and Mom love this place. He is a 90-lb protective blue pitty-big-boi. The staff at MAH succeeded at making it their mission for Dexter to have stress free visits (very anxious and protective). Thank you Dr Basso, Claudia, Britt and Shelly, You can’t go wrong with these gals!!! They truly love animals. They’ve treated ear infections, doggy pink-eye, vestibular disease, referred torn ACLs and the routine stuff. Loyal customer.

So so genuine , loving and friendly! The best vet hospital we have ever been to .Each and EVERY staff member was terrific. Thank you for absolutely every thing you did for Molly. Maitland Animal Hospital is the best place to take your pets! Shelley and Britt are absolutely incredible. They took the time to answer all of my questions with kindness and patience. We came in with our rescue kitten on 10/20/25 for a wellness checkup. Dr. Basso was absolutely amazing! She provided us with knowledgeable guidance in many aspects including our kitten’s diet, safe toys, things to ensure stay out of our kitten’s reach, and pet insurance, amongst other things. She was very patient with me as I asked many questions.The vet tech even taught us how to put our kitten in his carrier without hassle. Dr. Basso, along with the vet tech assisting her, made our visit a comfortable learning experience. We will be returning! Thank you!!!

Damien and Brit were so nice and understanding. They took great care of my beloved dog and me honestly. I came in a wreck and left feeling cared for. I highly recommend this animal hospital. You don’t feel like a number they truly care about you and your pet. So thankful for the whole team. The vet started working on him right away, she stayed in touch with me!
